About ADMETNet |
In the past decade, many candidate compounds have failed in the late drug development stages, attributing to the unsatisfied Absorption, Distribution, Metabolism, Excretion and Toxicity (ADMET) properties. ADMETNet is a comprehensive knowledgebase of pharmacokinetics and drug toxicity network. It not only provides abundant information of ADMET-related properties and ADMET-associated proteins, but also illustrates the whole ADMET processes from absorption of drug into the body to its excretion out of the body, as well as the therapeutic and toxicological actions, in a form of molecular network.
